This makes the job of people like me (those that enjoy systematic theology) a lot easier. What's really great is that a lot of these documents are already in English (although who really needs that now, since we have Google Chrome which translates for us!)
I encourage you to check it out. Maybe you'll find a document that interests you!
Some of the document categories that are now easily available include:
- Doctrinal Documents
- Examples: Clarification on procured abortion; Doctrinal Note on some Aspects of Evangelization; Instruction on prayers for healing
- Disciplinary Documents
- Examples: Decree of Erection of the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter; General Decree regarding the delict of attempted sacred ordination of a woman;
- Documents on Sacramental Questions
- Examples: Responses to Questions Proposed on the Validity of Baptism; Letter to Bishops of the Catholic Church on Certain Questions Concerning the Minister of the Eucharist
- Speeches and Communications by Past & Present Prefect of the CDF
- Right now, they only have Cardinal Levada's and then-Cardinal Ratzinger's speeches.
